Quick & Easy Apple, Peanut Butter & Oat Dog Treats

Apple, Peanut Butter & Oat Dog Treats


  • 1 cup old fashioned oats (aka rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 apples (you can use small Gala apples)

In case if you choose to use chunky peanut butter instead of creamy you may need to join extra Humidity during preparing the paste, If you notice that your paste becomes more crumbly, then you need just to add 1 tsp of water at a time until you will be able to roll it as paste out on a flat surface.

  1. Heat your oven to 300 F.
  2. Peel, core, and grate two apples.

  4. Roll out your paste on a flat surface, until the paste is almost 1/2 inch solid.
  5. Use cookie cutters in order to cut out the shapes you desire.
  6. Put the treats onto your baking sheet and cook for about 15 minutes.

This simple recipe will make almost 36 1″ diameter dog treats.
In case if you don’t actually own cookie cutters, you can simply use instead a knife to cut several Frolic forms.

Storage Recommendations
